Emily was awesome She was on top of EVERYTHING . She answered all our questions and did everything very professionally . Great working with her.

To put it as simply as possible, Emily was outstanding from the initial interview to the final close. She came completely prepared for our meeting and after listening to our needs, she offered creative, strategic and useful suggestions to improve the appearance and value of this 3 story, 130 year old house. She then helped organize everything after that, some of which were huge projects - tearing up and removal of carpet, junk removal which took 2 days and 4 dumpsters, cleaning, staging, 3 open houses and even snow shoveling. Besides arranging the workers, she was also frequently the one letting them in the house, something critical to me since I live in Texas. On top of that, communication throughout the process was constant, clear and professional. Because of her extensive efforts, we had a full price cash offer within 6 days. I am in the service business myself and have pretty high expectations that are rarely met, so it is a very pleasant surprise when someone not only meets them, but far exceeds them. If anyone is looking for a realtor, there is no chance they will find one better than Emily and I can not recommend her highly enough.
